General Policies

By creating an online account with Elevate Gymnastics, you automatically agree to and accept the following policies

Billing Authorization:

  • I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.

I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft or credit card account. I understand that a 30-day written notice is required to terminate billing, and I am responsible for payment, whether or not my student attends classes, until I notify this facility via email or through my Elevate online account to drop my student from class(es) at Elevate Gymnastics.

Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution, this will constitute a breach of contract, possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

Rules, Terms, and Conditions:

  • ANNIVERSARY FEE

All students are charged an anniversary fee upon registration, and every year they remain enrolled.

  • MONTHLY TUITION

Recreational Class and Kids Club Tuition is due on the 13th of each month, or the Friday before if the date falls on a weekend or holiday.  Competitive Program tuition is due on the 30th of every month, or the Friday before if the date falls on a weekend or holiday.

We require that every active student have an updated card on their account for easy autopay.  We will send an email if we are unable to process the card on file for any reason.  There is a $25 late fee assessed to accounts 3 days past due, and the student will not be able to participate in class until tuition payment is received.

If your account falls 30 days past due, the student will be automatically dropped from class(es), and full payment must be made before reentry in any classes or other special Elevate programs such as Kids Night Out, Day Camps, etc.  After this point, the space in their original class will be subject to availability.

  • MAKE-UP POLICY

We offer 1 make-up token per missed class that will expire 30 days after the missed class.  Parents may redeem make-up tokens through their online account for any class that meets the level and age requirements of the student.  Class options are based on availability.

  • DROP PROCEDURE

Parents must provide a 30-day notice to drop a student from any program offered at Elevate Gymnastics.  Only a notice via email or through their online Parent Portal will be acceptable.

Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes, WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS, until the time you notify the staff VIA EMAIL OR THROUGH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT.

If a student stops coming to class without notification for more than 4 weeks at a time, then that student's account will be charged an additional 30 days before being automatically dropped.  This charge will be for holding the student's place in class instead of offering that place to one on the waitlist.

  • WHAT TO WEAR

Recreational Class Boys and Girls may wear modest athletic shorts/pants and a t-shirt long enough to tuck into them. Girls may also wear a leotard.  Students should avoid wearing anything with buttons or zippers that can scratch or pinch the skin during class activities.

Any students with long hair must have it securely pulled up and out of their faces so that it stays up for the entire workout.

Jewelry, bows, or other large hair ornaments are not permitted either, as they may cause discomfort, injury, or get caught in the equipment during activities.

Socks are optional, but are not permitted on beams or trampoline rotations.

Leave all other personal effects at home, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please note that our Lost and Found is donated at the end of every month.

  • ARRIVAL AND PICK-UP

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time (no earlier, please).

If you drop off your student for class, please make sure to pick up your student on time.  Instruct your student to wait inside the lobby until you come inside to escort them from the building to your car.

Drive slowly and carefully through our parking lot and along Davenport Road.  During peak times, the parking lot is crowded, and many of our students include very young children.

Also, be careful not to park in any spots other than those that are blank or labeled "ELEVATE".

DO NOT PARK in front of other businesses' garages or you might get towed!

  • DAY CAMP POLICY

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for camps.

We can only issue a credit toward your Elevate account if you email your cancellation notice at least 12 hours before the registered camp.

Please understand that even if your child wakes up sick the day of their camp, we are unable to offer a credit due to the fact that we cannot fill their reserved spot on such short notice.
